4. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on information provided and subject to change depending on cargo weight, dimensions, route, fuel costs, or operational conditions. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure all shipment information is accurate, cargo dimensions are correctly declared, goods are properly packaged, and goods comply with all applicable laws. The Company reserves the right to refuse transport of unsafe, illegal, or improperly packaged goods.
6. Prohibited Goods
The following may not be transported unless specifically agreed: illegal substances, explosives or hazardous materials, perishable goods without proper packaging, weapons or restricted items, and any goods prohibited under UK law.
7. Delivery and Transit Times
Estimated delivery times are for guidance only. Interscan Limited is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical breakdowns, customs or regulatory delays, or unforeseen operational issues.
8. Liability for Loss or Damage
The Company will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of business or profits, or delay-related damages. Customers are advised to arrange cargo insurance where necessary.
9. Claims for Damaged or Lost Goods
Any claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include relevant documentation and proof. Late claims may be rejected.
10. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges. The Company reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments.
